All our shipping will be a door-to-door service with local UPS,FedEx or DHL delivery company.

We ship from Hong Kong and offer free shipping. We can ship to every country in the world, but if some countries are due to wars, natural disasters or force majeure, we can not ship to these countries.

Delivery

OFIYAA delivers all products ordered at the right time without delay. Deliveries are made via shipping. We will pack the goods within 1-2 working days after the customer places the order, and transfer it to the courier company, which will deliver the product to the customer within about 3-7 days.The specific shipping time depends on different countries or regions.

Our goal is to create the best experience for all our lovely customers and ensure their needs are met. No matter where you are around the world. OFIYAA tri-screen products will always reach you as long as you made an order – No barriers!

But if your area is a remote area, then we need to charge you an additional remote area service fee, which is usually about US$35.

Customs, Duties, And Taxes

OFIYAA is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer(tariffs, taxes, etc.).

But for Mexico and some South American countries, we will collect customs duties in advance, because the customs payment process in these countries is cumbersome, so we collect and pay them on your behalf. If the amount actually charged by customs is higher than the amount we charged you in advance, we will charge you again.The tariffs generated in other regions or countries are handled by the customer.

A) Ofiyaa is doing the best to make the promised time, please understand our warehouse are working only on business days, please remember to enjoy the day even there’s a difference in the ETA. By the way, we will inform you proactively if something is wrong.

Potential coronavirus COVID-19 impact on deliveries

As a precautionary measure, Ofiyaa wants to address the current global situation relating to the spread of the new coronavirus worldwide and its potential impacts on delivery times. The COVID-19 has resulted in safety measures that affect the infrastructure in the world and is also likely to affect delayed shipment,moving goods and deliveries. This force majeure type situation has arisen abruptly and has naturally caught everybody by surprise in ways that companies in the supply chain may not be able to prepare for fully. This means that the delivery times of some products and orders may be longer than usual. To minimize the potential implications also Ofiyaa will monitor the situation and its effect on delivery times and keep you posted in case delivery delays arise! Ofiyaa wants to express our deepest sympathy for the people and companies that are impacted by this situation. We hope that the current situation will be brought under control as fast as possible, and the well-being and safety of the affected people are ensured.

Failed Delivery

If the package cannot be delivered to the given shipping address due to causes ascribable to the absent cooperation of the customer (wrong or incorrect shipping address, absent receiver,) or if the customer refuses to collect the package, the package will be returned to the sender (ofiyaa) at the customer's expense. For custom products we do not accept returns, so the customer will be contacted and requested to provide a correct address for the reshipment. The customer will be liable to pay the additional incurred shipping cost.

Items Not Received But Tracking Shows Delivered

Please note we do not refund or replace items that are tracked as being delivered. For this reason, we always recommend that you get items delivered to a secure address. The shipping company will only mark the package as delivered once they deliver it to the address you provided. If your order is marked as delivered and you didn't receive it, we suggest checking your mailbox or contacting your local post office.

You will receive a shipment confirmation email when your order is shipped with tracking information.

Please also note that the delivery date estimate on the product page is only an estimate based on the average delivery speed to your country. It is therefore not guaranteed.
