Application for return


Please contact ofiyaa customer service to determine the best course of action and get a return address. ofiyaa does not issue refunds for products purchased through other entities such as distributors or retail partners. Defective units are within the scope of ofiyaa, please check your order upon receipt, if the item is defective, damaged or received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can assess the problem and correct the error. A copy of the ofiyaa credit card or Paypal purchase receipt and a copy of the original ofiyaa invoice may be requested before ofiyaa customer service issues a return authorization.Encountered non-quality problems do not support returns, If you encounter connection problems, please contact customer service at any time. After the customer service assists in connecting the product, the quality problem determined by the product can be returned and exchanged.Returns with non-quality problems need to bear the return shipping fee.

All returns will be subject to a restocking fee of $35 per item.

Customers shall be responsible for the shipping cost, any duty and tax that occur when requesting return service. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer(tariffs, taxes, etc.).
