      Do you ship anywhere in the world?
      Yes, we will ship the goods to every corner of the world!

      How long does it take for my order to ship?
      Our goal is to ship from our factory/supplier within 2-5 working days. However, if we spend extra time checking / perfecting your product, especially during the high season around the end of the year.

      1) Transportation time:
      5-15 working days for logistics and transportation

      European and American countries will deliver faster


      As for the delivery time, due to many factors that affect the speed of delivery, the delivery time cannot be guaranteed, so if there is a required date, it is recommended that you use courier. The above is an estimated time required for postal services and does not include processing time at customs in the destination country. In some cases, local customs in your country may require additional documents and time to clean up the package, which may also cause further delays in delivery.

      Remember that shipping times do not include Saturdays, Sundays or holidays

      REFUND POLICY

      We appreciate your customer loyalty and will make sure we do whatever we can to make your experience a great one. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, the item(s) can be returned within 30 days** of the delivery date for a refund or store credit (excluding restocking and shipping costs*). Please ensure your OFIYAA Tri-Screen is in unused condition with the original packaging still intact. If the returned item looks used, we cannot restock it, and your request for a refund or store credit will not be processed. The original item will be returned to you.


      *Shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases where we have made a shipping error. A return label will be purchased for you and the shipping charges will be deducted from your refund amount. Please use the brown box that your package arrived in, or a box of the same size if necessary, or you may be responsible for additional shipping charges. All returns will be charged a $5 restocking fee per unit.

      To start a return, you can contact us at info@ofiyaa.net. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return or without using the return label provided by us will not be accepted.

      Damages and issues
      Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

      Refunds
      We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

      Please note, the return must be dropped off within the 30-day period in order to be refunded.
